McKinney Painting was founded in 1977 by Jeff McKinney to meet the growing need for commercial painters. Headquartered in Versailles, KY, our staff consists of 50 journeymen painters, 20 foremen, 4 project managers, 4 estimators, and an office and warehouse staff of 7. McKinney Painting is now a Women's Business Enterprise and is fully bonded and insured. We have completed over 4,000 successful projects and are members of the AGC and the Woodford County Chamber of Commerce.

When Mr. McKinney began painting restaurants in 1977, he learned the value of completing the job on schedule and within budget. Today, the experienced management team at McKinney Painting follow the same basic, service-oriented philosophy with safety as a number 1 priority. Our comprehensive knowledge of various coatings allows accurate estimating, eliminating costly delays once the project is underway. We specialize and are certified in multi-spec, waterproofing, caulking/sealants, wallcovering, fluid applied floor systems, sandblasting, and protective coatings such as water treatment and containment coating installations.
